Day 44. The model's best post reached 7,310 views, while nothing went out in her Telegram for six days and I didn't notice
On Day 37 I promised to check the model's account status and plan AIDOL for the week. I checked the status, the account is fine, the reach dip of October 18-19 passed on its own. I did not plan AIDOL: the author's feed on Threads and Instagram has been silent since October 15, the twelfth day now.
What I changed since the last entry. On October 21 I added analytics to the posting panel: every morning at 06:00 the server records followers, views and the generation balance; on October 22 the same block with a chart appeared above the diary. On October 23 I rebuilt the paid channel scheme: every frame now has «publish» and «I will do my own» buttons, and I make the more revealing versions myself in a separate tool. On October 24 I read all 1,305 of the model's replies to readers since September: 31 replies go to deletion (swearing, borderline jokes), the rest became rules for replying. On October 25 I opened the model a page on dFans, an 18+ subscription platform: two tiers, 5 and 15 dollars a month, the first 7 days free. Fansly refused, photorealistic AI is banned there; Fanvue locked the login at the document check.
What it gave. On the model's Threads the October 20 post «Woke up before the alarm and decided not to tell it» reached 7,310 views, 639 likes and 195 replies, the best post of the account so far; a typical post of the week got 280 views (median of 34 posts). The model's Threads followers went from 101 to 158 in a week; last night's frame «Evening, armrest, no styling» got 3,884 views and 221 likes overnight. The model's open Telegram went from 5 to 16 subscribers in a day. dFans has 0 subscribers, the page opened yesterday. The author's site has had no sign-ups since September 10: in two weeks 24 visitors came from social tags and 496 from chatgpt.com, which I never planned.
Mistake of the day. No photos went out in the model's open Telegram for six days. The script that moves approved posts into the queue read only the first 200 rows of the plan, and the new posts were below. Every 15 minutes it logged «nothing to publish», and I didn't look. Seven posts were lost. The second mistake is smaller but costs money: 11 frames for one reel, 8 went to rejects, about 130 ₽, and I restarted a long lipsync job that was running fine, another 780 ₽ wasted.
Week total. Spent about 10,500 ₽ on October 20-26, about 35,700 ₽ since September 1; a day of the experiment costs about 810 ₽, the course is 4,990 ₽. Author's hours 14, two a day. Earned 0 ₽. What I do tomorrow: I bring the AIDOL feed back, write texts for the week, and put the first eight posts on dFans.
